Shipping policy

We know that customers sometimes can have queries about their orders, this is why we have carefully designed a shipping, Returns, and refunds policy that is user-friendly. Its main policy, marketed under the Divacart brand as will be explained below, will be aimed at being simple and easy to understand, and it will handle all the processes involved at the end, including the order and delivery, etc. You and your peace of mind are of paramount importance, and we are devoted to ensuring that any interaction with Divacart is a positive experience.

Easy Refund Policy
Divacart has an instance, simple, and transparent money-back guarantee and return process, and this policy gives power to Divacart consumers to analyze and solve problems without unusual complications. We provide a 15-day money-back guarantee to both domestic and international orders. This policy is given on all goods which are unused, unexhausted to goods not in a mutilated or defective condition and the limit of the 15 days is calculated starting from the date of delivery. The duration will give you enough time to check whether your product fulfills the expectations or not.

In case we receive a damaged or defective good, we shall ensure that any other cost that may be incurred in addressing the situation is absorbed in time so that you are not at a disadvantage. The merchandise must also have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be given upon requesting our customer support team or as an email containing detailed information on how to send in returns in order to streamline the process of returns.

Local Delivery Returns and Refunds
To make this process more convenient, our valued customers in Ghana can make a refund or a return extremely simply. All you need to do is call our professional customer care center, providing your order code and a brief description of your problematic scenario.

Policy and Process
Unopened or undamaged items can only be replaced at full value when sent within 15 days of delivery and subject to their appropriateness being confirmed by the resulting RMA and our specified rules being met. In case some of our products get delivered to you in a damaged or faulty condition, then report to us as soon as possible by calling us.

Clear turnaround management and delivery guidance will be given after it is determined that there is indeed a problem. More importantly, Divacart will cover the price of the goods and all expenses of shipping such returns to us in case there is any breakage or a flaw in the products.

Note: In case of any other reason, arising to make a return, the return shipping cost would be borne by the customer.

International Order Refunds and returns
Refunds on international orders may occasionally require a special challenge, but we strive to make the process as straightforward as possible for our global customers. In the case that you may have to hand over an item that you have bought or imported, you will not have more expenses to pay in import customs clearance, tax, or duties when returning the item to Divacart. It should be noted that Divacart does not reimburse any duties or taxes that a user might have paid when first importing the product to his or her country.

Similar to our internal policy, Divacart will receive international products that are not worn, but in used condition, as long as this has been disclosed to our customer care management team and an RMA has been raised, and instructions on how to return provided on a case-by-case basis. In a case where it is well established that the goods were defective or damaged, Divacart will chip in a portion of the cost of transporting the goods back to the foreign country in the event of transportation of goods back to country.

However, where the customer initiates the cancellation of the shipping shift due to any non-product defect, the shipping cost of the returns will be fully borne by the customer. Once again, no money paid as customs and duties charges, which would have been paid along with the actual importing, is refunded and paid back to Divacart on behalf of the customer. Additionally, Divacart will not assume any liability linked to the exchange rate difference that may arise between the dates of purchase and the date of refunding as regards international orders.

Refunds Process – transparent and fast
As you send your worn item back to our trusted care, it will be carefully checked to make sure that it is in line with its status (e.g., worn) as explained. Once the verification is complete, you will automatically receive the refund process. This will take 7 business days after the verification date. The complete refund will be placed back in the form that you used to pay at the time of the purchase.

Divacart attempts to refund money as fast as it would be possible, including within a working day in some cases, still it is still impossible to know when our money will appear in your personal bank or credit card statement. This will depend expressly on the speed at which your financial institution or bank processes. The key aim is to ensure that a consumer has a clear, easy, and seamless procedure to follow when seeking a refund.

Shipment: However, Massive and Maximum Shipments
Divacart enjoys a stable and reliable delivery to Ghanaian households with an average delivery period that would more likely fall within the margin of 15-45 working days, depending on the area where it is to be delivered. To put you at ease, we ship using tracking in order to ensure that you can track your order and know where it is.
